Bishop Andrew Carnegie Turner, II

Founder and Senior Shepherd of New Covenant Tabernacle and the founder of ACT2 Ministries, Inc., both entities are dedicated to training disciples.  He believes “becoming one brings life to another one.”

Bishop Turner is a native of Washington, DC.  A prolific, bi-vocational leader with  distinguished secular and ministerial acumens, he began his success while attending University of Maryland, Rutgers University and Drexel University, in the Program Management Division.  His secular professional pathway is extensive and he credits this journey to his commitment to excellence and to Grace!

Bishop Turner was a leading analyst, working with broad judicial disciplines which includes anti-trust law, Security and Exchange Commission, Federal Maritime Commission and the Department of Justice.  He transitioned into System Management, providing support to the Department of Federal Railroad and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Bishop Turner’s bi-vocational journey began when he was elected to the office of president of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World International’s Youth Department, serving as an assistant pastor and becoming a mentor to many.  He left Lockheed Martin Aerospace in pursuit of his dream and became president of a successful Section 8(a) Certified System engineering firm.  He accepted the call into his first senior pastor position in Southern California and presided over both simultaneously.
